- conducted extensive community sensitization campaigns during the peak of the COVID-19 pandemic, reaching over 300 families in Busaana. Our efforts in educating residents on Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) played a crucial role in safeguarding public health and contributed to the eventual lifting of the government-imposed lockdown.
- distributed scholastic materials to over 1,000 students in both primary and secondary schools to bridge educational gaps. This initiative has significantly enhanced academic performance and ensured that more students stay engaged in their education.
- trained over 20 young people in hairdressing and tailoring, equipping them with hands-on skills that enable them to access job opportunities and start their own businesses. This initiative has been instrumental in fostering self-reliance and economic empowerment.
- Understanding the importance of legal identification, we have supported over 20 vulnerable youth in acquiring their National Identity Cards by guiding them through the registration process, connecting them with relevant authorities, and offering financial assistance.

- Executive Director Lutakome Ivan:Experienced in community development, with deep roots in Kayunga District, being his home district, driving our education initiatives forward
- Finance officer, Bwowe Joseph Ssengabi, a young ambitious youth with experience in financial management, ensuring effective organizational resource utilisation and service delivery.
- Programs manager, Mwogeza Jonah, a social worker and committed youth towards humanitarian works, with vast knowledge in program design, management and evaluation.
